Q: Can you tell us a bit about your brand and how it all started?
A: Our brand, Delavie Sciences, takes a unique approach where we focus on creating technologies and ingredients that work, then build products around them. We started as a pharmaceutical company working with agencies like NASA and the Jet Propulsion Lab. Our skincare journey began when we discovered an ingredient developed from research aboard the International Space Station. It was so effective in supporting skin longevity that we decided to create a product line around it.
Q: What makes your products so effective compared to others?
A: Our products are science-forward and clinically tested. We publish research, file patents, and ensure our formulations work synergistically. The key is our focus on longevity and skin health, not just cosmetic appeal. Our hero ingredient, developed through space research, was shown to have remarkable skin-repairing properties, which set our products apart.
Q: How did your first product launch go?
A: We launched with just one product, the serum, which is rare in the cosmetic industry. But we wanted to ensure we got it right. The response was phenomenal—completely word of mouth! Q: Tell us about your latest product launch.

Q: What inspired your upcoming product line?
A: We wanted to create a complete skincare toolkit. Our next launch will focus on cleansing and exfoliation using a patented ingredient called Hydrolytic Enzyme Complex (HEC). It effectively removes oil, exfoliates dead skin, and even helps balance the microbiome, all without irritation.
Q: How important is microbiome health in skincare?
A: Extremely important! Your skin is a complex system, and its microbiome plays a key role in its health. Some products can disrupt the microbiome, but our formulations are designed to support it while delivering powerful results. Our upcoming sunscreen will follow the same philosophy—effective, microbiome-friendly, and non-comedogenic.
Q: What’s your ultimate goal with Delavie Sciences?
